wealth or science? Which one is better?
Dr. Seyyed Hossein Aghasyed Morteza's talk on the new program of Do Sed and Sima channel - July 1402
The food industry is one of the most important issues in the world, which of course, due to the sensitivity of this issue, can be considered a strategic mega-issue for the security and development of countries. In other words, in today's world, a country that cannot provide food for the local community cannot stand at high levels of security (in all its aspects).
In this regard, although Iran is located in a semi-arid and water-scarce region, and its geography often faces the problem of water scarcity, but the fertile soil and its proximity to the open waters of the world, as well as the angle of the sun's rays, have turned Iran into a country with four seasons and seven climates, which has great potential. It is high and unique in the production of agricultural products, horticulture, and even meat and dairy products, and it can be used in a precise and coherent and purposeful planning. Not only to cover the needs of the local market in most of the products and conquer the neighboring market, but also to have an eye on international export. In addition to these cases, the region of Iran has a very high ability to grow agricultural and horticultural crops in a greenhouse environment, and this means that it can produce any product with superior quality and supply it to the domestic and foreign markets throughout the season, and in this way, not only Foreign currency outflow should be prevented, but foreign currency acquisition with the highest added value should be achieved, and on the other hand, the security of the country should reach the highest possible level.
The important issue is that achieving this goal requires the unity of the industry and all the main players, from the government to producers and merchants. Adopting expert policies with the presence of real private sector activists and based on the advantages and capacities and, of course, the needs in the domestic and foreign markets, using the country's scientific and academic power for ideation and ideation in order to produce products with international standards, developing the transformation and complementary industry in the nearest place for garden and farm and animal husbandry, the introduction of modern technology and the use of technological machinery in order to reduce the finished price and increase the proThe development of food diplomacy by activating the hidden and hidden capacities of embassies in the first step by emphasizing the neighboring countries and converging countries in political relations and in the next step international markets especially in the Eurasia and Caucasus region, currency price stability and providing production facilities and incentives for production Export-oriented products, creating grounds for concluding joint memorandums with target countries in order to bypass sanctions, creating grounds for attracting foreign investors in order to stabilize markets, are important and main measures for the development of the food industry as an important pillar in the security, economic and political authority of the country. Is.ductivity of the land at the same time as the import of technical knowledge
Food is one of the most important industries in the world; Even if all the media and officials focus on other industries, from automotive to oil and petrochemical, from atomic to space, from textile to wood and steel and financial markets.
It is one of the most important industries in the world; Even if all the media and officials focus on other industries, from automotive to oil and petrochemical, from atomic to space, from textile to wood and steel and financial markets. The food industry is not an industry related to the economy of a country, but an important part of health, treatment, social health in both physical and mental dimensions, security and even social satisfaction.
From this point of view, it should be said that the importance of the food industry and industries converging with it, including agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry, especially in the last few years when international tensions have reached their maximum and in some cases even led to direct or proxy military wars, are more than has passed Looking at the negative effects of the war between Russia and Ukraine and its role in the food security of Europe and other countries, we can understand this very well.
According to the statistics of the World Bank, in this year the price of all kinds of food increased with an unprecedented growth in many items, even up to nearly 50%. The existence of products such as wheat with a growth of more than 35%, meat with a nearly 50% price increase and tea with a price increase of about 25%, inflation in this list and an average increase in food prices of 18% this year (49% growth in the last two years). It shows how much the global market is demanding new products, with superior quality and at a more reasonable price; The opportunity that can transform the economy of countries like Iran, which have (at least) a civilizational background and high capacity in the agriculture and animal husbandry sector.
In the meantime, of course, one should not enter the market in a hurry, especially since each country has unique agricultural capacities and advantages, and if it enters the competition without paying attention to water resources and climatic potential and without a clear strategy, it will not only not achieve significant success, but also use its resources. will also lose; This matter is of much higher importance for a country like Iran, which is considered a hot and dry land under normal conditions and faces the problem of water scarcity.
However, Iran is one of the most diverse climates in the world in terms of horticultural products, and all kinds of citrus fruits with all kinds of tastes can be produced in this country, and on the other hand, Iran has a high capacity in many agricultural products, especially in rainfed cultivation. Improvement of the packaging industry, rational distribution of products according to the target market, superior quality and mass production according to global conditions are other things that should be paid attention to; Along with all these cases, the expansion of economic diplomacy should not be neglected.
Greetings and respect to dear students

and also the resumption of relations between Iran and Britain on 16 December 1332 (about four months after the coup d'état on 28 August of the same year)
They were killed in Tehran University, it is commemorated.
Dear students, happy day
In order to reach the desired point economically, a country needs a comprehensive and detailed plan in which, on the one hand, the needs and problems are mentioned clearly and without condescension, and on the other hand, the assets and capacities of the country without self-conceit or Self-deprecation has been identified and counted and finally includes the purposeful and logical connection between the two.
Focusing on assets should be considered as the first step to achieve economic development, so that it can be claimed that no country has ever been able to develop without recognizing and knowing about local and territorial assets and without preparing the land and prioritizing its needs and challenges. In other words, in order to reach the desired point economically, a country needs a comprehensive and detailed plan, in which the needs and problems are clearly and unambiguously mentioned on the one hand, and on the other hand, the assets and capacities of the country. have been identified and counted without self-aggrandizement or self-deprecation and finally include the purposeful and logical connection between the two.
In such a program, one can clearly understand the role of human power as the most important factor of growth and development and know that without the active and effective presence of local elites and experts, the existence of any advantages and savings cannot guarantee development, but it may even be the reason for economic misbehavior and Or even the illusion of capitalism. In fact, most of the third world countries are societies that consider the possession of a native advantage as infinite wealth, and by selling raw materials without paying attention to added value, they have reached high but temporary incomes, which have caused the illusion of capitalism. Unbeknownst to the officials of those countries, they have auctioned the property of a nation in exchange for receiving small amounts and achieving short-term economic goals.
In the meantime, developed countries, by injecting the thinking and ideas of elites and academics and a value-oriented look at local advantages, benefit the most from the least they have, and almost none of their resources and mines and their natural capacities are offered to the market before adding value. .
In these countries, human resources are the link between territorial assets and development problems and challenges; For this reason, from the very beginning, rail laying is in such a way that the local capacities to solve the problems and accelerate the development process are available to elite and experienced human resources; The human force that has previously been trained for this role in the university and industry and has acquired the necessary training and skills; This means, the educational system of developed countries knows exactly why and how it should train elite human resources, so that this trained workforce can be a strong pillar of development by being placed in the cycle of serving the society and having a sense of social responsibility.

Facing any phenomenon and event in the world of economy and business, first of all, it requires a detailed and comprehensive understanding. In other words,
as long as a phenomenon and its consequences and results are not defined in a precise and scientific way, it will not be scientifically and logically faced.
For this reason, the correct understanding of the problem of smuggling of goods and currency is half of the solution to deal with it.
Incorrect policies of the government in the import sector and in the field of foreign exchange, and of course rent and corruption, and the special access of some people to information, the lack oftransparency of most of the regulations and the high density of regulations (often contradictory), can be counted as other reasons for smuggling goods and currency.
According to the explicit text of the law, smuggling of goods does not only include non-payment of customs duties. For example, non-payment of domestic goods tax in the note of Article 19 of the Value Added Tax Law approved in 2006, which the legislator considered domestic goods without paying tax as contraband goods. "Taxable goods that are sold without complying with the rules and regulations of this law, in addition to the related crimes and other provisions related to the subject of this law, are considered contraband goods and are subject to the relevant laws and regulations." Secret and illegal interactions and movements that are organized and carried out far from the sight of law enforcement agencies can be considered smuggling.
According to what has been said, the control of smuggling is now one of the important issues of the country, which requires the serious presence of academics to examine different ways to fight it with a future research approach.
